At Come Play Stay, every dog is treated like family. To ensure the safest, most comfortable, and personalized grooming experience, all new clients begin with a complimentary consultation. During this visit, we’ll take the time to get to know your dog and discuss:

Understanding Our Grooming Services
Puppy Care
Includes additional time, patience, and positive reinforcement to help puppies become comfortable and confident with the grooming process.
Senior Care
Includes a slower pace, additional breaks, and individualized support to help keep senior dogs comfortable throughout their grooming appointment.
Extra Time & Support
For dogs requiring significantly more grooming time due to nervousness, inexperience, sensitivity, frequent breaks, or a gradual introduction to grooming procedures.
De-Matting Treatment
For dogs with tangles, knots, or matted fur requiring additional grooming time and care. We always prioritize your dog's comfort and will safely remove matting whenever possible. In cases of severe matting, clipping may be recommended to prevent discomfort and skin irritation.
De-Shedding Treatment
A specialized treatment designed for double-coated and heavy-shedding breeds. Includes additional brushing, coat loosening, and undercoat removal to help reduce shedding, improve coat health, and keep your dog's coat looking and feeling its best.
Flea Treatment
A specialized shampoo treatment and additional grooming care designed to help remove fleas, flea debris, and dirt from the coat while providing relief from itching and irritation. Enhanced cleaning procedures may also be required to help protect other guests and our facility.
Variable Pricing
Every dog is unique. While our pricing guide provides starting rates, final pricing may vary depending on your dog's size, coat condition, temperament, grooming history, styling needs, and the time required to provide a safe, comfortable grooming experience. We are always happy to discuss any recommended services or adjustments before proceeding.
