What you and your pet can expect from us
What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
What vaccinations are required for my dog to attend daycare or boarding?
All dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies, DA2PP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination upon your first visit.
Do you accept all dog breeds?
Yes, we welcome dogs of all breeds. However, all dogs must pass a behavior assessment to ensure they can safely interact with other dogs and our staff.
What is your staff-to-dog ratio?
We maintain a low staff-to-dog ratio to ensure each dog receives plenty of attention and supervision. Typically, our ratio is roughly one staff member for every 10 dogs.
Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?
Absolutely! We encourage all potential clients to tour our facility. Please call ahead to schedule a visit so we can ensure a staff member is available to show you around.
What should I bring for my dog’s boarding stay?
Please bring your dog’s food, any medications, and a favorite toy or blanket to make them feel at home. We provide bedding and bowls.
How do you handle dogs with special needs or medical conditions?
We cater to dogs with special needs or medical conditions. Please provide detailed instructions and any necessary medications. Our staff is trained to administer medications and provide specialized care.
What activities are included in daycare?
Our daycare includes supervised playtime, socialization with other dogs, individual attention, and structured activities such as fetch, agility exercises, and training games.
How are dogs grouped in daycare?
Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?
If your dog is not comfortable around other dogs, we will soon be offering private play sessions and individual care to ensure they still have a great time while staying with us.
Do you offer grooming services to dogs not enrolled in daycare or boarding?
Yes, our grooming services are available to all dogs, even if they are not enrolled in our daycare or boarding programs. Please contact us schedule an appointment.
How do you handle emergency situations?
In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If veterinary care is required, we will transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic or your preferred vet if possible.
Can I check on my dog during the day?
Yes, you can call us anytime to check on your dog. You will also have the ability to login and see your dog each day through our camera system. A daily email to update you on how your dog is doing will also be shared while staying with us.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for daycare cancellations and a 48-hour notice for boarding cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. All deposits are non-refundable if the proper notification is not provided.
